Title: The Blueberry Thief
Artist: Catherine Meyer
Medium: Acrylic on Canvas
Dimensions: 20" x 20" and ready to hang
We grow our own blueberries, and it’s a fight every year with the birds and their belief that the blueberries are all theirs. A dream-like work, I wanted to show the struggle between humans and nature as to who gets the food first. We do share, since they help keep insects pests at bay, but we’d like a few more.
