Can I buy your products internationally?
The digital versions of my products are available internationally, but unfortunately no physical items are available for international shipping at this time.

Are refunds available for your digital products?
With your purchase of any digital product, you will receive INSTANT access to your downloadable files. Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available.

Are refunds available for your physical products?
Refunds are not available on any physical products purchased. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact me at Erin@mamahawkdraws.com to replace it!

I saw something you've done in the past, but are no longer selling. Can you make me something not in your shop
