Unwind and restore with an evening of Yin Yoga—a meditative practice of long, grounding postures that release tension, increase mobility, and bring balance to body + mind. Unlike a fiery flow, Yin has a cooling, calming effect—the perfect tonic for modern life.
After class, stay awhile and enjoy a special adaptogenic mocktail crafted to nourish and support your nervous system. Sip, savor, and soak in the stillness with your community.
All levels are welcome—just bring your mat and an open heart.
