Artist Statement: I love flowers for their beauty but what really captures me about them is their seemingly nonchalance about anything. They bloom, follow the sun, then fade, and all is well—purpose fulfilled. It is a reminder that sometimes you have to let go of things and let things be, in particular, things outside our control. Bloom, darling.
