Growing up, my grandmother made the *best* fried eggs. I could never figure out why hers tasted so much better than anyone else's. It wasn't until I was an adult that I discovered her secret: an absolutely unreasonable amount of butter. Turns out, sometimes the best ingredient is just more butter.
