Come join us for the first-ever event at Tanglewood Art Studios—a grounding outdoor breathwork and meditation workshop happening Sunday, April 27th from 3–5pm.

This 2-hour experience will help you reconnect with your breath, body, and nature—right in time for the new moon in Taurus, a moment of fresh energy and intention.

We’ll explore:

  • Breathwork (Pranayama) to calm and clear the nervous system

  • Gentle somatic awareness and safe movement

  • Yoga Nidra to ease into deep rest

  • Group practice to build connection and support

  • Nature as a grounding presence

Please bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket & Pillow

  • Optional eye covering

Need a mat? Message us — we’ve got you covered.

We are donation-based. The recommended donation is $50–$75, with a $10 non-refundable reservation fee paid here to hold your spot.

We’ve added this fee because no-shows were limiting opportunities for others to attend. The remainder can be paid at the door via Cash, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.

If you need additional sliding scale support, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We'll close our time together with a cup of tea and some quiet reflection.

Location: Outdoors at Tanglewood Art Studios, 1080 Third Street, Macon
Time: Sunday, April 27 | 3–5 PM

Disclaimer: If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before attending.
