I started with a base of many different colors of watercolor, playing around with how the blend or live on top of one another. I layered white paint with a pallet knife to add more texture and depth to the piece and finished her off with gold dotted accents. I love how the addition of white paint makes the viewer focus on the little vignettes of color popping through.
Artwork measures 8.5"x8.5" and is framed in a 12"x12" wooden frame.
