There comes a time when we stop searching for safety in the world around us—and begin the sacred work of building it from within.
This is that space.
New Moon Breathwork + Nidra is a monthly offering for women, held in rhythm with the new moon—a time for rest, reset, and reconnection.
Each month we’ll gather with gentle movement and conscious breath to come home to ourselves, tuning into the energetic qualities of that month's new moon. You’re welcome to attend a single session or join us for all three—each workshop will hold familiar practices, but with a unique focus inspired by the lunar cycle.
🌑 Upcoming Dates:
-
Sunday, June 29th • 3–5 PM (Cancer New Moon)
-
Sunday, July 20th • 3–5 PM (Leo New Moon)
-
Sunday, August 24th • 3–5 PM (Virgo New Moon)
🌀 Together we’ll explore:

-

-

-
Stillness, reflection, and integration
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering the tools that have always been yours: The breath. The body. Your knowing.
